Christmas is hell for people that like to keep fit, because we just can’t help but lose control and stuff ourselves silly. Now that it’s finally over, we can start to shift that extra flab that crept its way up.
According some research carried out, we will be stuck with this weight gain until at least July! As usual, it will be different from person to person, but that’s a long time to be carrying it around.
We typically lose half of the weight gain by the end of January, but the rest still lingers around until the start of Wimbeldon. This will make me think twice next year, maybe.
