It has been a good 8 years since Manchester britpop act Oasis called it a day. As fans well know, it wasn’t on good terms and was very sudden. However, nobody is getting younger. Could we see them perform together again sometime soon?
Earlier this month lead guitarist Noel Gallagher celebrated his 50th birthday. Surprisingly though, his illiterate younger brother and ex-band mate Liam Gallagher wished him a good one through Twitter. Quite unusual, considering he only ever speaks of Noel to call him a potato.

The Gallagher brothers have been a non-stop embarrassment by throwing jibes at each other since the split back in 2009, so fans have seen this rare display of decency as a glimmer of hope. With the recent tragic events regarding Manchester, fans are demanding that Oasis reform for a charity gig. The city needs it now more than ever.
@liamgallagher Reunite for a charity gig for Manchesterseen as your in a nice kinda mood. 🙏🙏🙏

Do you think the Gallagher’s are getting back on good terms? Let’s face it, they were always at each other’s throats really but they made it work before. Why not again?
